Aileen Ellis is an expert on project management and began teaching PMP Prep in 1998.. She is the owner of AME Group Inc. She personally instructs project managers to gain the confidence and knowledge to pass theĀ PMPĀ® Exam without wasting time and money. Ā Working with thousands of students from dozens of countries, Ms. Ellis has gained a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of theĀ PMBOKĀ® Guide, the exam content outline (ECO), and proven test-taking strategies.
Ms. Ellis provides sample questions, etc. to otherĀ TrainingĀ Providers and PMIĀ® Chapters to support their educational efforts.Ā
Aileen in HighĀ Performance Coaching
Aileen Ellis has been working as a coach and mentor since 2001. Ā In 2023 she became a Certified High Performance Coach through the High Performance Institute.
Aileen coaches both adults and teenagers including high level executives and members of Team USA.
She utilizes her fast experience working in government, hi-tech (silicon valley) as well as non-profits.
Aileen's coaching incorporatesĀ materials from CoreStrengths as well as the High Performance Institute.
Most of Aileen's coaching is Ā conducted one-on-one over several months.
